Left Field NYC offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RA number inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
